Description

Design, develop, and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementations for AI agent interactions with enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build secure connectors integrating platforms like Splunk, Zendesk, Databricks, and ServiceNow with AI systems.
• Implement communication protocols including JSON-RPC, WebSocket, and REST APIs for reliable data exchange.
• Develop validation schemas, error handling, and retry mechanisms to ensure system robustness.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to optimize connector performance and support evolving LLM capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with production systems.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns.
• Experience with JSON-RPC, WebSocket, or similar RPC protocols.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API keys.
• Any Graduate degree.
