Description

You will own the migration to GitHub mono-repos, CI/CD pipeline design, and developer experience automation for multi-stack engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate projects from Bitbucket Server to GitHub mono-repos across Node.js, Java, and Python stacks.
• Build and maintain unified monorepo tooling using Nx, Lerna, and pnpm workspaces.
• Design and implement GitHub Actions pipelines with reusable workflows, matrix builds, and supply-chain controls.
• Automate code hygiene and large-scale refactoring using Dependabot, OpenRewrite, and agentic triage workflows.
• Implement observability standards using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Groovy, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD design and maintenance.
• Proficiency with multi-language build tools: Maven, Gradle, pnpm, npm, uv, or pip.
• Experience with monorepo conventions and tooling (Nx, Lerna, or equivalents).
• Proficiency with Linux, advanced Git (GitHub/Bitbucket), and containerization (Docker, Podman).
• Mid-level or stronger experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, agent workflows).
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience modernizing Java builds from Maven to Gradle.
• Background in platform or DevOps engineering.
