Description

You will migrate legacy C and PHP systems to a cloud-native Python architecture on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build resilient software components within distributed systems.
• Support the migration from legacy C and PHP systems to a Python-based cloud stack.
• Build and manage automated testing, building, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD.
• Influence the technical direction of the team.

Required Skills

• 4 to 10 years of professional programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including EKS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
• Experience managing workloads in Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with database technologies.
• Experience working with C or PHP.
• Background in building and deploying via CI/CD systems.
• Ability to design for distributed environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system software migration.
