You will lead the development and configuration of software systems using Python to deliver customized solutions within project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and configuration of software systems using Python and associated methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that meet specific project requirements.
• Ensure software quality through regular code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth.
• Apply NLP and ML packages to solve complex problems while maintaining strict coding standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or similar Python web frameworks.
• Practical experience with Pyspark and NLP/ML tasks including Word Embedding, Feature Engineering, and Sentiment Analysis.
• Knowledge of Text Classification, Clustering, Search Indexing, and Fuzzy Matching.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Solid grasp of software testing and debugging techniques.
