• Experience Required: 10 & Above
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a team environment and can work under tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities with proactive| creative & focused approach to business needs with high analytical| inter-personal| and team playing skills and possessing good analytical skills
• Requirement gathering| Solution Design and preparing Function/Technical specification documents.
• Prepare Cut-over and deployment plan and responsible for driving Post implementation hyper-care support and transition.
• Work with IT and Business stake holders to translate requirements into a functional design
• Prepare User Stories and lead the team to drive sprint planning| backlog grooming |sprint retrospective |spike creation for upgrade project
• Strategic| innovative thinking and vision
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent analytical and communication (both verbal and written) skills
• Solid understanding of technology
• Comfortable learning| using and explaining new technology
• Strong organization and time management skills
