You will develop, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and RESTful APIs.
• Manage and optimize data flows using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve code for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver complete solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
• Experience with FastAPI framework.
• Experience integrating Javascript GUIs.
• 3-4 years of experience with AI/ML algorithms.
• 1+ year of experience in Agentic AI solutions (LangChain, AutoGen, or Cursor AI).
• 5+ years of software development experience using Agile Scrum.
• Experience leading a small team of 2-3 people.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cursor AI for development workflows.
