Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Python applications supporting banking workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices.
• Manage large datasets and develop APIs for system integration and third-party service connections.
• Build automation scripts for reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities.
• Ensure applications meet security standards related to encryption, authentication, and data privacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record developing scalable, secure applications in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Django framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle databases.
• Experience with API development and system integration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies.
• Exposure to CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Git version control (GitHub).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java or JavaScript.
• Professional certifications in Python, cloud computing, or security.
