Description

You will design, develop, and optimize the core codebase using Python and associated compute environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the core codebase and computational performance for FP&A workloads.
• Integrate FP&A forecasting models, analytics, and data pipelines in partnership with finance and data teams.
• Establish engineering standards, testing practices, and performance monitoring.
• Explain DevOps practices to business users while maintaining scalability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering with significant hands-on Python development.
• Demonstrated success building or maintaining financial modeling or large-scale computational systems.
• Experience with data-driven platforms, large-scale computation, or advanced analytics.
• Proficiency with Python-based compute environments including Jupyter, VS Code, and Databricks.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Redshift.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and ability to communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
