Description

Support and maintain LLM-based applications through automated testing and multi-level support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for LLM-based applications to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Monitor application performance and conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application scalability and compliance with data security and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in application support or development.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and JavaScript.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Pytest and Selenium.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization strategies.
• Experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, and RDS.
• Knowledge of databases such as Postgres, Elasticsearch, and Redshift.
• Experience with web frameworks like Streamlit, Shiny, Vue, or React.
