Description

You will develop applications on the Quartz trading platform to meet regulatory requirements and support the FAS133 hedging platform and LIBOR transition projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop applications on the Quartz trading platform to support regulatory requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement architectural patterns for high-availability, failover, and scaling.
• Apply software development lifecycle best practices including design, build, code review, and testing.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to build out the target hedging platform and LIBOR transition projects.
• Ensure application resilience through rigorous design and testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Advanced knowledge of Python.
• Extensive experience with Quartz remote risk frameworks and calculators.
• Deep understanding of Quartz components including Sandra, Bob, and Hugs.
• Proven experience with design and architectural patterns.
• Experience with API management and REST/API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices and Containers.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of financial instruments such as interest rate swaps, FX swaps, and bonds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web UI technologies including Angular and Spring.
