Description

Build and maintain Python server-side backend systems across the full SDLC lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Python backend solutions with a focus on OOPS principles.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data structures, algorithms, and concurrency handling.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and Unix shell scripts for system integration and automation.
• Monitor production environments, proactively resolving issues to maintain system stability.
• Deploy Python applications using containers via Docker and OpenShift.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python server-side backend programming.
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, data structures, and memory management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with multi-threading and concurrency models.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 3+ years of progressive experience in lieu of education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GenAI lifecycle management, RAG pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Hadoop, and performance tuning for data-intensive applications.
