Description

You will develop and maintain Python applications for financial messaging and trade settlement automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Python solutions for processing SWIFT messages and trade settlement data.
• Extract, parse, and map information from SWIFT MT (MT300, MT900, etc.) and ISO 20022 message types.
• Implement automated matching logic based on predefined business criteria for trade confirmations.
• Develop integrations between Python applications, SharePoint, and external financial systems.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and manage exceptions in automated transaction processing workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards, including ISO 20022 and message mapping.
• Experience with Python automation and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with SharePoint as a hosting environment for Python applications.
• Understanding of financial messaging standards and trade settlement processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
