You will build and maintain backend services within a distributed Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable microservices using Python.
• Implement serverless functions using AWS Lambda.
• Manage data persistence through relational database technologies.
• Collaborate with distributed Agile teams to deliver software updates.
• Own the lifecycle of scalable microservices and serverless functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience using Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and cloud computing platforms.
• Proven experience designing and working with microservices.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational database technologies.
• Experience working within distributed Agile team structures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular and web development.
• Experience working with DynamoDB.
• Background in the financial services industry.
