Description

You will own backend service development and maintenance using Python and SQL in Cincinnati, OH.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and SQL.
• Identify and remove technical obstacles to ensure project momentum.
• Create and maintain quality assurance test cases.
• Implement industry standards for logging, error checking, supportability, and security.
• Write technical and non-technical documentation for various stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience working with APIs, including GET, PUT, pull, upsert, and managing response codes.
• Practical knowledge of logging and error checking implementation.
• Experience with source control, preferably GitHub.
• Familiarity with code linting tools such as SonarQube.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
