Description

Build, test, and debug Python code for diverse technical projects. Own the release pipeline and integrate web services within a microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug Python code to support various application requirements.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git.
• Work with distributed storage systems and relational databases.
• Operate within Unix/Linux environments to support development tasks.
• Integrate web services and work with microservices architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Experience with distributed storage systems including DB2, Sybase/Sybase IQ, and MongoDB.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Ability to develop and optimize PL/SQL queries and functions.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with Git for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Hibernate, JPA, and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Core Java and the Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of AWS RDS and DynamoDB.
