Description

You will develop and maintain Python applications within a financial services environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and debug Python code for various engineering projects.
• Develop new features and functionality from scratch.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Assist with software testing and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Python programming experience.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid.
• Hands-on experience with DB2 and Sybase / Sybase IQ.
• Experience working with MongoDB.
• Competency in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
