You design, develop, and implement computer vision and AI solutions for logistics and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize algorithms for object detection, recognition, tracking, and OCR/ANPR using Python and deep learning frameworks.
• Code, test, debug, and document programs while supporting corporate AI/ML and systems architecture.
• Analyze, design models, and integrate systems across solution delivery phases, recommending deployment approaches for scalability.
• Work on research concepts, training pipelines, and deploying AI models across real-time video streams and edge/cloud environments.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python (3.x) focusing on AI/ML and computer vision.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Solid experience with OpenCV and at least one major deep learning framework: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or PaddlePaddle.
• Hands-on experience with object detection models (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD) and OCR frameworks.
• Experience with real-time video/image processing (RTSP streams, edge devices, GPU acceleration).
• Good knowledge of data preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation tools (LabelImg, PPOCRLabel, CVAT).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
