Description

We are looking for a skilled and delivery-focused Python Developer with Gen AI / Agentic AI expertise to build innovative and scalable AI solutions using modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage end-to-end AI/ML projects with a focus on delivery and quality
Translate architecture into production-ready solutions
Build and optimize GenAI applications, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems
Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
Optimize performance of existing AI models and pipelines
Follow best practices like code reviews and reusable components
Deploy and scale applications using AWS / Azure / GCP
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues

Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML development
Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, Transformer models, Agentic AI
Good understanding of Prompt Engineering & API integrations
Experience with RAG architectures & vector databases
Knowledge of MCP & Agent-to-Agent communication
Experience with SQL / NoSQL / Data Warehousing
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
