Description

You will build and maintain backend services and consumer-facing product features using Python and Django.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, reusable code following Python and Django standards.
• Develop multiple REST APIs and integrate HTML with Django templates or microservices.
• Design database schemas that support business processes and create new libraries or forks as required.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and design teams to implement features and resolve live issues.
• Write unit test cases to ensure code quality and maintain documentation for existing code and plugins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong proficiency with the Django framework.
• Expertise in developing REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience designing database schemas using MySQL.
• Proficiency with Git and Jenkins within Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with web servers such as Nginx and Apache.
• Ability to operate independently in unstructured environments.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working on e-commerce projects.
