You will build and deploy agentic workflows in Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement agentic workflows using an agent framework, preferring Semantic Kernel.
• Build reliable tool and function calling flows with planning, memory, and conversation orchestration.
• Develop retrieval pipelines for RAG and hybrid search, covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and ranking.
• Ship agents to production on cloud platforms, integrating identity, networking, and observability.
• Establish evaluation workflows using prompt and flow tests for batch and A/B scenarios.

Required Skills

• 4 to 5 years hands-on GenAI application experience before agentic work.
• Strong Python 3.11+ skills, including asyncio, typing, pytest, and CI/CD.
• Production experience with at least one agent framework (LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
• Expertise in tool and function calling, schema design, and multi-step planning.
• Experience with retrieval systems, vector stores, and hybrid search.
• Cloud deployment experience with containers, secrets, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in observability, including tracing, metrics, and log aggregation.
• Fundamentals in security, covering prompt injection defenses and PII handling.

Preferred Skills

• Clear technical communication and collaborative code reviews.
