Description

Develop and deliver complex software requirements meeting functional, non-functional, and compliance standards. Own the full delivery lifecycle from refinement to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Code server-side solutions and unit tests against defined acceptance criteria and integration requirements.
• Perform technical spikes and proofs of concept to mitigate risk during story refinement and estimation.
• Collaborate globally to resolve technical complexities, manage branching, and handle pull request merges.
• Maintain and expand test suites including integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Document technical information for deployment, maintenance, and provide second-level application support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience using C# and Python on the server side.
• Strong development experience with REST API services.
• Proficiency in database development with SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase.
• Hands-on experience writing unit and UI integration test cases.
• Expertise in debugging applications and providing second-level application support.
• Experience with source code management using Bitbucket or Git.
• Background working in Financial, Commodities Trading, or Investment Banking environments.
• Proven ability to work within globally distributed teams using Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to enterprise messaging solutions such as MSMQ, TIBCO EMS, or AMPS.
• Familiarity with web services, web sockets, and microservices-based architecture.
