Description

You will develop and maintain modular Python components to integrate external data sources, internal tools, and databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write reusable, modular components to liaise between data sources, internal tools, and databases.
• Maintain the cleanliness and centrality of the Python codebase.
• Port legacy code into Python where appropriate.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliveries following established patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-level coding experience in Python.
• Experience scraping websites using Beautiful Soup, Selenium, or similar tools.
• Oracle / PL SQL development experience, including stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOA architectures.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in peer-reviewing, code versioning, and bug/issue tracking tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing solutions utilizing AWS cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in the Commodities or Energy industry.
