Description

Develop and optimize applications within the cards and payments domain as an individual contributor managing offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects to provide technical inputs for optimizing application flow.
• Manage offshore teams as an individual contributor.
• Conduct research and analytical tasks to resolve complex technical issues.
• Interact directly with clients and business stakeholders to communicate technical requirements.
• Provide weekend support when required.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in the Cards or Payments domain.
• Deep knowledge of the payments settlement process.
• Hands-on expertise with Python.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Strong experience with Unix Shell Scripting.
• Proven leadership skills for offshore team management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
