Description

Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Django.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust RESTful APIs for frontend and external integrations using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with React frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration and data exchange.
• Integrate backend services with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Celery.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and Django ORM performance to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Support deployment in Docker/Kubernetes-based environments and maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and Django.
• Strong expertise in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Django ORM.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Celery.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Linux/Unix system administration knowledge.
• Understanding of enterprise-grade backend architecture and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with storage management concepts including SAN/NAS and Object Storage.
• Experience with containerized deployments in enterprise environments.
