You will develop, refine, and evaluate AI models, focusing on high-quality code and critical reasoning across various CS topics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write effective Python code to train and evaluate AI models.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses based on user requests, providing detailed rationale.
• Express reasoning and logic clearly when coding in Jupyter notebooks or similar environments.
• Improve the quality of AI model responses through rigorous testing and refinement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python syntax, conventions, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Developer concepts.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior Software Quality Assurance and Test Planning experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
