Description

Develop server-side logic and manage data interchange between servers and users.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code for low-latency, high-availability applications.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement security, data protection, and authentication across multiple environments.
• Design database schemas and data storage solutions.
• Own project requirements from analysis through implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Expertise in Django web framework.
• Advanced proficiency in Django REST framework.
• Experience with ORM libraries and integrating multiple data sources.
• Deep understanding of Python threading limitations and multi-process architecture.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Strong unit testing and debugging skills.
• Working knowledge of server-side templating languages and event-driven programming.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of React JS.
