You will design and develop scalable data engineering solutions using Python and Azure cloud services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable ETL pipelines using Python and PySpark.
• Develop Azure Functions for automation and event-driven integration workflows.
• Orchestrate data pipelines across Synapse, Data Lake, and Blob Storage.
• Optimize SQL and PySpark jobs for performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy CI/CD pipelines for data engineering solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced Python programming proficiency.
• Expertise in PySpark and SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake storage.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Experience with Data Modeling and Data Warehousing principles.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or Azure SQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau visualization tools.
