You will lead technical development and manage team workflows for Python-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and mentor team members.
• Design and implement multi-process architectures while managing Python threading limitations.
• Integrate multiple disparate data sources into a unified system.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Flask or Django.
• Build and manage APIs using standard Python libraries.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 6+ years of experience specifically as a Python Developer.
• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role.
• Expertise in Python frameworks, specifically Flask or Django.
• Proficiency with Pandas and various API libraries.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and React.
• Practical experience with testing tools.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
