Description

Build and maintain backend components for an MLOps platform on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop concurrent backend services using AsyncIO.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
• Resolve production incidents as part of an on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional backend web development experience with Python.
• Strong proficiency with Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS services including RDS, Redshift, S3, and EFS.
• Knowledge of WSGI and ASGI servers (Gunicorn, Uvicorn).
• Background in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Practical experience with unit and functional testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka and Python client development.
• Familiarity with MLOps platforms (AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, MLflow).
