Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of Identity and Access Management automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of IAM automation solutions using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Define technical strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with system architects and stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of IAM best practices across cloud and containerized environments.
• Mentor developers to ensure code quality and adherence to security standards.
• Own the full lifecycle of IAM automation projects from concept through deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps roles.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Demonstrated understanding of IAM principles and System Design.
• Experience applying Technical Leadership to project success.
• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native applications.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, S3, EKS, and security policies.
