Description

Design and implement generative AI models for text, code, and multimodal applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLMs using Python, Langchain, and major ML frameworks.
• Manage data pipelines and model training workflows for generative AI solutions.
• Deploy models to production environments using microservice architecture and containerization.
• Evaluate model performance and conduct research on emerging GenAI techniques.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing data infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers and Langchain.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in database management, including SQL Server, Snowflake, or SingleStore.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and public/private cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and IT audit requirements (CMM).
• Knowledge of financial institution standards and practices.
