Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend solutions using Python and MongoDB.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based banking applications using clean, efficient code.
• Design and implement algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for data exchange across banking systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Circle CI for automated deployment.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Python development with banking domain exposure.
• Strong mastery of Python syntax, OOP, and design patterns.
• Extensive experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proven experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or similar database systems.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tooling.
• Experience with cloud deployment environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within banking or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries such as SciPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow.
