Description

You will own backend logic and data infrastructure using Python and relational databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient Python code for core applications.
• Design and manage database schemas using SQL.
• Implement ETL processes and handle data warehousing tasks.
• Manage source code using Git version control.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and managing database schemas.
• Practical knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
