You will lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete software development lifecycle from conception through deployment and maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Enforce software quality via code reviews, rigorous testing, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers to support continuous technical improvement.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and software delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for both front-end and back-end development.
• Deep understanding of designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and Docker.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and implementation.
• Proficiency in Java.
