You will build and maintain scalable backend services using Python.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Implement asynchronous programming with asyncio, aiohttp, and Celery for background tasks.
• Design and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using DRF or FastAPI.
• Optimize SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases through efficient querying and indexing.
• Architect microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and gRPC.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Python and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL API design.
• Ability to implement caching, lazy loading, and pagination for API optimization.
• Implement automated unit and integration tests using PyTest or Unittest.
• Tune application performance using multithreading, multiprocessing, and caching strategies like Redis or Memcached.
• Apply security best practices to prevent SQL Injection, XSS, and CSRF following OWASP guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
