Lead backend development for Python and Node.js projects, optimizing applications and designing microservices.

Responsibilities

• Optimize application performance using Redis, Elastic Search, and MongoDB.
• Design and implement microservices and WebSocket solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and advise on software improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure high code quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Expertise in Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Elastic Search, and MongoDB.
• Proven ability to design microservices architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebSocket solutions.
• Client-facing communication skills.
