Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Python and asynchronous programming patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend logic using Python fundamentals, including OOP, exception handling, and modules.
• Implement event-driven programming using Async IO and the Twisted framework.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI.
• Manage data manipulation tasks using Pandas.
• Containerize applications and deploy services to AWS ECS using Docker or Podman.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proficiency in Async IO and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Twisted framework.
• Strong understanding of Unix Shared Memory, Unix Sockets, and inter-process communication (IPC).
• Competency in Linux shell operations and system programming.
• Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with Docker or Podman for containerization.
• Experience deploying containerized workloads to AWS ECS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the full request lifecycle and advanced error handling in web frameworks.
