Description

You will own development and support for the Finance Re-Design (FRD) and Finance Reg Reporting (FRR) projects, collaborating with global teams in India, Dublin, London, and the new New York unit.

Responsibilities

• Create new deliverables for business cases and expand user populations for FRD.
• Build reconciliation and adjustment capabilities for FRR, integrating bank ledgers with upstream ADS data.
• Provide development support and migrate existing proprietary database logic to a new Oracle Exadata environment.
• Participate in analysis and production development across the full software lifecycle.
• Coordinate with the US manager and global resources without direct client interaction.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and software development best practices.
• Experience with database migration, specifically moving from proprietary systems to Oracle Exadata.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed, global team.
• Understanding of financial regulatory reporting requirements and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with greenfield project development and legacy system re-configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Background in finance or banking domain projects.
• Experience with data platform transitions and strategic platform onboarding.
