You will design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for data-driven and customer-facing applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures.
• Integrate backend services with databases, third-party APIs, and front-end applications.
• Implement data processing, validation, and core business logic.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years designing and developing backend services.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with backend frameworks including Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Git-based version control.
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Experience with AWS.
