Description

Build, test, and debug Python code for web applications and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug Python code for web applications and services.
• Integrate internal and external APIs using RESTful or GraphQL protocols.
• Manage data analysis and manipulation using SQL databases.
• Write system, unit, and integration tests using pytest or similar frameworks.
• Document code and API specifications while using GitLab for version control and code review.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience developing with Python.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with RESTful or GraphQL API protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of Python's threading and multiprocess architecture.
• Experience with version control tools including Git or SVN.
• Familiarity with server-side templating languages like Jinja2 or Mako.
• Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Competency in writing tests using pytest or similar frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Intent Categorization Frameworks or similar products.
• Experience using Python for data science or machine learning projects.
• Experience working with call center data.
