Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.

Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.

Build and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS services.

Develop data processing scripts and backend components.

Work with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python development.

Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native applications.

Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging services.

Experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.

Experience working in financial services or banking.

Experience

8+ years of Python development experience preferred.

Hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on AWS
