Description

You will build and maintain scalable API platforms, driving user stories from conception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance API platforms using Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, including orchestration and system integration.
• Create and maintain technical API documentation using Swagger.
• Monitor API performance metrics and troubleshoot issues with frontend and backend teams.
• Enforce security protocols, rate limits, and token management to maintain platform integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and its associated libraries.
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and principles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud development.
• Proficiency with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with API management, security protocols, and workflows.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FastAPI.
