You will build, test, and deploy maintainable code and services in an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy services using Python and Java.
• Develop high-level designs and component interaction artefacts.
• Collaborate with testers, UX, and BAs to deliver technical solutions.
• Conduct spikes to evaluate solutions and prove concepts.
• Participate in scrums, planning, and retrospectives to estimate tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Java and RESTful services/APIs.
• Strong DevOps background, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with PyTest and integration testing.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to support end-to-end testing with external systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TDD, BDD, and automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, or Spring Data JPA.
• Familiarity with ETL concepts, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.
