Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, incorporating AI/ML capabilities and deploying solutions using containerization technologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust backend systems using Python frameworks.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models.
• Deploy solutions using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration platforms.
• Write and document complex software components for integration into existing systems.
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and automate data and business process applications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Python or Backend Developer.
• Proficiency with Python libraries: FastAPI, Flask, Django, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks: Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of AI concepts: RAG, Machine Learning Control Plane (MCP), and LLMs.
• Experience with SQL/PL-SQL, RDBMS, and database query implementation.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience in implementing product lifecycle: design, development, quality, deployment, maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Creative thinking for identifying new opportunities in automation.
