Description

You will design, develop, and maintain backend systems and data automation applications, integrating AI/ML capabilities and deploying solutions via containerization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend systems using Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Implement AI/ML features including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM integration, and Machine Learning Control Planes.
• Develop and maintain data processing pipelines using Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
• Write and maintain documentation for complex software components and integrate them into existing systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Python or Backend Developer.
• Proficiency in Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch.
• Experience with backend frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of AI development frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and LLMs.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL and RDBMS implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Machine Learning Control Plane (MCP) concepts.
• Ability to engage resources outside direct control to achieve objectives.
