Description

You will develop and maintain software solutions using Python within an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using object-oriented design principles in Python.
• Design and interact with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Build services using REST APIs to handle structured and unstructured data.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using AWS services including Lambda, RDS, EC2, and CloudFormation.
• Conduct code reviews and debug issues within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Flask or Django.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS services: Lambda, RDS, EC2, API Gateway, CloudFormation, SAM, Transfer Family, CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of REST API, JSON, and XML data formats.
• Experience following Agile Methodology and Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CloudWatch and monitoring tools.
• Strong debugging and code review skills.
