Description

You will build and maintain backend systems using Python for large, modular projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write secure, testable code for collaboratively developed modular projects.
• Develop and maintain backend servers for state-based distributed systems providing highly available APIs.
• Collaborate on development through code reviews, implementing specifications, and writing documentation.
• Utilize SQL and database programming for effective data management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with expert knowledge of Python.
• Proficiency in Unix and Linux environments, including UNIX system calls.
• Experience with APIs and backend server development.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Database systems.
• Familiarity with Git and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Skills in Design and Business Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a large, multi-national enterprise.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware.
