Description

You will design and optimize data pipelines using Python and PySpark while managing complex MongoDB schemas. You own the full lifecycle of data quality, performance tuning, and architectural decisions across database and application layers.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned datasets.
• Design MongoDB schemas, implement indexing strategies, and manage NoSQL operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks across Python, Spark, and database layers.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to solution architecture discussions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
• Extensive experience with MongoDB, including schema design, querying, and indexing.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience with PySpark for data processing and engineering.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot performance issues in distributed systems.
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies and architecture discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Digital experience with Python, MongoDB, and PySpark ecosystems.
