Description

You will develop, test, and maintain Python applications, APIs, and scripts within a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code and implement RESTful APIs following established coding standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Automate backend and infrastructure tasks through custom scripting.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation for processes and decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and frontend integration.
• Proficiency with Git version control and testing frameworks like pytest or unittest.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Mandatory experience in the healthcare sector.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, task queues like Celery, and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
