You will maintain and evolve core financial services within a legacy monolithic codebase, focusing on data processing and payment integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update legacy codebases using Python 2.7 and higher.
• Manage financial data processing, including the allocation of money to specific funds.
• Handle file transmission protocols for acknowledgments and settlements.
• Integrate and manage various payment gateways.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to solve complex analytical problems.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python coding, specifically with Python 2.7 and higher.
• Experience maintaining legacy, monolithic codebases.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL.
• Background in the banking industry.
• Direct experience working with Fiserv or Worldpay, specifically Fiserv.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations.
• Proven ability to manage file sending and receiving processes.
• Experience with fund allocation logic.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
